Help us fight breast cancer on Saturday, FebruBeyond Zen is partnering with the Notre Dame women’s basketball team and their Pink Zone effort to raise money for breast cancer treatment, education, screenings, support and research. However, once class starts, you will need to mute yourself and you will have the option to turn off the video of yourself in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.īeyond Zen is a center for healing. You will have the option to unmute yourself before and after class if you would like to communicate with your instructor or fellow yogis. These are live classes you will access by following the link sent to your email a few mintues before the scheduled start time of the class. Virtual classes will be accessible via laptop or smartphone. After registering for class, a link will be sent to your email and you can simply click to join. Please leave the Yoga Studio as a place for peace & quiet, as other Yogis are trying to. Feel free to hang in the Sanctuary or the Zen Den before class to catch up with your fellow yogis. She is so gifted in her craft of acupuncture. Actually.everyone in class prefers that you leave your phone out in the cubbies. Natalie has helped both my mother and I so much to help alleviate our debilitating pain. Drop-ins can be purchased for $5 and weekly unlimited passes are also available for purchase for $20. Classes listed as "Virtual" will be available via a Zoom Link which will be sent to you via email, once you register for class. In our efforts to keep everyone safe and sane during this stressful time, we will now be offering Virtual Yoga classes in lieu of classes in the studio effective Sunday Maat 7:00 PM through Saturday May 2nd, 2020. You can schedule these classes just as you do your regular in-studio classes: via the Beyond Zen app or website.
